FUNDRAISING
CHILDREN IN NEED
An annual tradition for the society is to raise money for children in need. This event has involved collaborating with Kent RAG, holding a bucket collection and various other activities such as karaoke evenings in order to raise money for the cause.
WORLD BOOK DAY
Continuing the event that was awarded "Best Fundraising Event" in 2014, we have held a six-hour readathon and a bucket collection to raise money.
THIS YEAR WE'LL BE FOCUSED ON SUPPORTING 2 CHARITIES IN CANTERBURY!
STRODE PARK FOUNDATION
This upcoming year, we will be collaborating with the Strode Park Foundation- a local charity, operating since 1946, which provides support, care and opportunities for children and adults with varying disabilities.
CANTERBURY & DISTRICT EARLY YEARS PROJECT
Another local charity we will be collaborating with is The Canterbury & District Early Years Project, an organisation focused on providing support services to children and families within and around Canterbury.
